Join me for two Fridays in March for a Dance Flow class followed by a Wellness Chat focusing on different pillars of our overall health and wellbeing. Classes will be held at Live Fit in Lancaster, NY: 4375 Walden Ave Below is a breakdown of what we will cover each week. Week 1: SLEEP + WHOLE FOODS (3/12 6-7:15p) It's the most crucial part of weight loss and our overall wellbeing, yet so many of us are not getting enough sleep for our needs. Learn about ways in which you can take getting the proper "zzz's" into your own hands. A close second to sleep, living a whole foods lifestyle is imperative when it comes to living well. We'll discuss how things like Gluten, Inflammation, and the Gut/ Brain connection all have major impacts on how we function daily. Week 3: FUN + SPIRITUALITY (3/26 6-7:15p) Play time should not be exclusively had by children. As adults, play brings you back to life...YOUR life! We'll discuss why fun can have major impacts on your health and how to infuse more of it into your life. No matter what you believe, having a sense of spirituality and knowing there is someone or something greater than ourselves guiding us can greatly benefit our health. We will discuss the importance of not only believing in a higher power, but believing in yourself and how this relates to your overall wellbeing.
